Midwest Review Recommends Destiny of the Lizardstone Scepter

The final, fourth book of the Dragonstone series for young adults,  Destiny of the Lizardstone Scepter, concludes a fast-paced fantasy with a definitive, resounding bang as Mandy Mandez and her extended family confront the truth about their abilities and impact. A prologue covers village orphan boy Matty’s involvement with talking lizard Paction. They save each other and Matty (now Phef) moves into adulthood slightly changed from this unexpected encounter. The two find themselves (and...

So, if you are interested, feel free to visit this YouTube posting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znks5...

Another Book Review!

Last week, during the final stop on the virtual book tour, the Iron Canuck (https://ironcanuckreviews.home.blog/2020/09/28/review-tour-the-wonders-of-the-peculiar-parasol-a-dragonstone-story-by-mark-m-even-with-an-excerpt-a-giveaway-and-my-review/) gave 5 stars to The Wonders of the Peculiar Parasol. Here is the entire review: This was a children’s story which I don’t read much any more, but I had a lot of fun. Mandy learned that playing with magic may get one into trouble. I loved the fact that the entire family stood by her and they all helped get through the dangerous stuff. It was nice to see such a strong, close family helping children use their imagination. I highly recommend this story for the families as well as the children.

Book Review by Our Town Book Reviews

During the Virtual Book tour for The Wonders of the Peculiar Parasol, yesterday's host was Our Town Book Reviews (https://www.ourtownbookreviews.com/2020/09/the-wonders-of-peculiar-parasole.html) and they had this to say about the book:What a fun story for children. A true adventure or fantasy and magic. I enjoyed it and am sure children would. I felt it jumped around a little but to be honest it was so fun, I’m not sure it matters. If you haven't gotten a copy for an 8-14 year old in your life, just click on the button below to order one. And keep an eye out for the next book in the series, coming soon: The Power of the Emerald Ring.
